You're gonna kill yourself trying to straighten it up. Those hauling/cleanout services aren't cheap, but it might be a lot easier on you! I'd be glad to come down in September or October to scrub and paint (I LOVE to paint!). Seriously -- don't hurt yourself. We need you!

This is just sad...
Since entropy is the law, I most certainly believe. G man is right, there are junk services that reduce the cost by keeping the good stuff for resale.
Have you asked why you gave your house to someone?
